As a member of the design team, you’ll be crafting intuitive user experiences. Your work will be seen by millions of customers worldwide and you have the ability to get on board with us now as we transform the industry!
This position requires someone with a strong UX background, experience in responsive design, prototyping, and exceptional wireframing skills, who can jump in and get going quickly. The ideal candidate will have a solid sense of ownership and personal responsibility.
|Duties:||•Collaborate with multiple teams to help define project requirements (Business, Product, Development, Operations)|
•Iterate on responsive designs from rough concepts, to prototypes, to final UI with a focus on optimizing user experience
•Present designs to stakeholders at varying levels of completion and be able to clearly explain design choices and utilization of UX principles
•Gather and apply feedback from stakeholders
•Maintain flexibility throughout the design process
•Maintain creativity while working within brand guidelines
•Provide documentation that effectively communicates design, behavior, and specifications to other teams (Business, Product, Development, QA)
•Manage multiple projects with time-sensitive deadlines
|Qualifications:||•5+ years of experience as a UX Designer with an online portfolio of existing work|
•Solid working ability with design tools including Adobe Creative Cloud, InVision, and Balsamiq
•Well-versed in the process, principles, and best practices of responsive and mobile-first design
•Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences
•Ability to think creatively about the big picture while keeping a keen eye for detail
•Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback to iterate on designs
•Excellent communicator and team player
•Strong work ethic and organizational skills
•Knowledge of designing for ADA compliance is a plus
