Description:Montrose Travel is now part of the CTM (Corporate Travel Management) family. We’re one of America’s TOP 10 travel companies with over $3 billion in sales. We have two offices in Southern California located in Palmdale and Montrose (Glendale area) where we are seeking a Receptionist in our Montrose location to provide superior service to our customers, suppliers and co-workers.

A successful candidate will be required to support the Montrose office during a Tuesday through Saturday schedule and expanded hours.

Duties:•Serve as the Receptionist for walk-in customers. Greet customers, immediately, with a warm friendly smile. Provide brochures, as requested.
•Distribute emails from Leisure Fax
•Handle additional support responsibilities such as, but not limited to: sending payment reminders, handling birthday cards for our clients, sending preliminary documents, assisting management with one-off tasks, covering phones for other divisions when needed, distributing online leads, sending out brochures, etc.
Qualifications:•Excellent inter-personal, presentation and communication skills
•Good organizational and multi-task time management skills
•Strong team-working skills
•Good understanding of office systems (including computers and relevant software)
•Ability and willingness to work flexibly, under pressure and to meet deadlines
•Polite, upbeat, courteous and professional telephone manner
•Accurate typing skills
•Verified experience of working in a customer-focused role
•Ability to handle multiple lines simultaneously.
