Ticketing Support Specialist - MT

We have two offices in Southern California located in Palmdale and Montrose (Glendale area) where we are seeking a Ticketing Support Specialist in both our locations.

A successful candidate will have the ability to provide fulfillment revenue and non-revenue supporting roles in our Montrose and Palmdale offices.
Duties:•Day-to-day issuance of airline tickets online, offline, and through QuikRez
•Processing all necessary ticketing exceptions through the Apollo GDS
•Work as part of a team to ensure that all tickets in queues are ticketed as required
•Verify that commissions are taken based on airline contract terms and routing
•Ensure the accuracy of all PNRs
•Track, monitor and record online and offline ticketing queues to monitor daily progress
•Maintain relationship with other departments/vendors to ensure all aspects of ticketing are fulfilled i.e. accounting, training
•Ensure schedule change queues are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
•Monitor agent queues and notify supervisor of outstanding queue levels
•Monitor and work the failed booking report and resolve as needed
•Monitor terminated agent queues as needed

Qualifications:•Expert knowledge and understanding of the ticketing process from issuance to exchange to contracts
•Complete understanding of the schedule change process and queues within Apollo
•Strict attention to detail and follow through with agent/vendor/cardholder as required
•Exhibits good judgment and business sense
•Minimum of 1 year Apollo ticketing experience
•Ability to work as a part of a team
•Ability to identify areas of needed training and communicate that need to the supervisor
•Flexible schedule required including weekends
•Positions based in Montrose and Palmdale
•Bilingual a plus
•Sabre GDS experience helpful
